INOVFITNESS LDA owns the FITTEST Brand, whose nature of the business is to develop and produce sports equipment for training physical capacities. INOVFITNESS, hereinafter referred to as FITTEST, presents the general conditions of the purchase process in the domain www.fittestequipment.com, and as such, the conditions described aim to structure, inform and regulate all purchase operations.

FITTEST reserves the right not to process / accept any order placed by a customer that is not fully in accordance with these Conditions of Sale or does not correctly fill in the data requested at the time of registration. Only with all the information can FITTEST guarantee a correct and timely delivery of the selected articles.

PRODUCTS ILLUSTRATION
The images and photographs of the products, despite trying to be as reliable as possible, are merely illustrative, so the Customer should consider the hypothesis of differences in color, appearance of shape / shape, which may also be due to the monitor and the internet browser used by the Customer. ORDER PROCESSING
FITTEST will only send an order after good collection of it. In no case will the logistical process begin until the collection conditions are met.

Orders that may be under the following conditions will not be processed yet:

SHIPPING
Shipments are processed every weekday from Monday to Friday. Holidays and weekends are excluded. FITTEST’s transport partners are Torrestir, Nacex and CTT Expresso.

Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

The actual delivery time varies between 1 to 2 business days for mainland Portugal and Spain; Islands between 4 to 7 working days; France up to 3 working days. All other countries on request.

Shipping costs are calculated taking into account the weight and volume of orders.

Orders placed during festive seasons may be delayed.

All customer registration data will be the sole responsibility of the customer, and FITTEST is not responsible for errors in names, addresses or other essential data for deliveries to occur. All costs arising from re-deliveries due to incorrect information or absence on receipt of the order will be borne by the customer.

ORDER RECEIVING ACT
It is the user’s full responsibility to check the packaging of the products received in order to ascertain their condition and possible damage. If you notice any non-conformity or damage to the products, the Customer must not accept delivery of the order, which must be returned immediately at the same time to the carrier.

From then on we will start a return process, after investigating the problem with the carrier. These processes take between 3 to 7 working days.
If you do not check the packaging and accept its receipt, FITTEST rejects any responsibility for packaging damaged during transport.

RETURNS
– Defective products

The customer will be entitled to a refund if the product is not in accordance with the respective description, or if its
functionality due to manufacturing defect, or because it has some other sign that does not fit the condition described.

The return will be processed after: a) analysis and confirmation of the circumstances described by the customer and b) collection of the item to our facilities. It will be subsequently a bank transfer was made within 7 working days.

Collection fees for return will be borne by FITTEST.

– Withdrawal from Purchase

The customer is entitled to a full refund within 15 days of receiving the purchased items. The refund can only occur under the following conditions:
. Products without any use mark and preserved packaging.

. All constituent parts included
. All shipping costs for the order and subsequent collection will be borne by the customer, and then discounted in the amount to be returned. If the sizes are exceeding this amount, the customer will have to pay the excess if he intends to make the return.

EXCHANGES
To exchange for an item, it is necessary to contact the FITTEST customer support service through the contact means available. It will be possible to exchange for another item of equal or greater value.

All shipping and collection fees related to exchanges will be borne by the customer.

WARRANTY

All FITTEST products have, at least, 1 year of commercial warranty, and according to the current warranty legislation, 2 years of legal warranty on the non-conformity of the equipment, acquired for non-professional use.

The guarantee will be activated in cases of manufacturing defect.

The warranty is excluded in the event of misuse, opening of parts, improper cleaning or any other type of problem resulting from

maintenance.

Products with different warranty period:

– Medicinal Balls, Bumpers, Disks and Resistance Bands – 1 year

CAMPAIGNS

Each campaign carried out by Fittest Equipment has specific and unique rules of procedure.

In this way, all exchanges and returns that occur during one of these campaigns where they obtained a discount (promotional code or virtual credit), will be based on the final billing amount and not the actual value of the items.

In exchanges made after the campaign ends, the discount will only be applied if the customer exchanges for the same product (same reference).
All promotional campaigns follow the rules of stock availability.

The discount is applied only to products and not to the value of shipping costs.
