EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you selected home delivery, you can check the status of your order at any time in the Orders section in My Account.

In addition, as soon as your order leaves our store, we will send you an email.

Store pick-up – Maia (CrossFit 4475); Vila Nova de Famalicão (CrossFit Famalicão) or Póvoa de Varzim (Armazém Fittest), we will inform you by email as soon as your order reaches the selected store. You have a maximum period of 10 days to withdraw your purchase.

If you want to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible to the number (+351) 911 868 885 (Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) or by email to info @ fittestequipment. pt

Review your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you if any of the items included in your order are no longer available. In that case, we will refund the amount corresponding to that item and the costs of shipping your order using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you have not received an email, please contact Customer Support (link to contacts) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you received an item with a defect or different from the one purchased, we will refund these items and shipping costs as soon as we receive them in our warehouses and check the condition of the products. See the different return options in the Exchanges and returns section.

You have up to 14 days, after receiving your order, to exchange your item for another size or return it.

It’s very simple! All items can be returned to our store.

I returned an item that was paid for. How will the refund be made?

In these cases, we will need your IBAN number to make the refund. To do so, send us by email to info@fittestequipment.pt As soon as we receive this data, we will make the return. Remember that the IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is sent.
