You can select from several payment methods:

MULTIBANCO

To pay through MULTIBANCO, select this payment method and click on “Confirm payment”. Then, you will be given the details to make the payment in a convenient and safe way at an automatic teller machine or with your computer or mobile phone.
The deadline for making payment through MULTIBANCO is 3 days from the date on which the order is placed. Remember that we will not ship your order until we have received payment for it.

PAYPAL
To buy with PayPal, select this payment method and click on “Confirm payment”. You will then be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with the payment.

Having a promotional or discount code. How can I use an online purchase?

When you get to the summary of your purchase *, click on “Do you have a discount coupon?
Click here and enter your discount coupon code ”.
* You can only use one promotional code per purchase.

If you want to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible to the number (+351) 911 868 885 (Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) or by email to info @ fittestequipment. pt

Review your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you if any of the items included in your order are no longer available. In that case, we will refund the amount corresponding to that item and the shipping costs of your order using the same payment method used for the purchase.
If you have not received an email, please contact Customer Support (link to contacts) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you received an item with a defect or different from the one purchased, we will refund these items and shipping costs as soon as we receive them in our warehouses and check the condition of the products.

You have up to 14 days, after receiving your order, to exchange your item for another size or return it. It’s very simple! All items can be returned to our store.

I returned an item that was paid for. How will the refund be made?

In these cases, we will need your IBAN number to make the refund. To do so, send us by email to info@fittestequipment.pt As soon as we receive this data, we will make the return. Remember that the IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is sent.

All FITTEST products have, at least, 1 year of commercial warranty, and according to the current warranty legislation, 2 years of legal warranty on the non-conformity of the equipment, acquired for non-professional use.

The guarantee will be activated in cases of manufacturing defect.

The warranty is excluded in the event of misuse, opening of parts, improper cleaning or any other type of problem resulting from
maintenance.

Products with different warranty period:

– Products of the Athlete’s Complement Line – 6 months.
– Medicinal Balls, Bumpers, Disks and Resistance Bands – 1 year
– Olympic Bar Breaking – Lifetime
